Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@pristinekix.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received it, contact us at hello@pristinekix.com.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.
