Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@pristinekix.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received it, contact us at hello@pristinekix.com.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.
